"GRAFT" OPERATOR SHOT. NEW YORK, July 16. ■Helmaim Rosenthal, a noted gambler, who was recently charged by the police with extensive g[ralt operations, was shot dead in the street. It is alleged that ho was about to reveal scandalous conditions in. the I'olice Department with respect to graft. Louis Libby was captured and charged with the crime. A great sensation has been created.
