The entertainment will be of a widely- varied nature, and all tastes are sure to be more than satisfied. Tha " Evening Star," Danedin, in criticising Mr Philip Newbary's Christmas entertainment, Bays that his items would have commanded high praise at an Albert Hall London con. cert. He is a great artist, and if for nothing else bat his singing the concert would have well paid the audience for coming down town and paying the admission fee. The Newbury Spada Corrick Company comprises ten artists, and besides solo 3by Madame Spada, Mr Philip Newbary, and Miss Alioe Corriok, orchestral selections, hand-bell items, illustrated songs, humorous choruses, duets and trios, cornet solos by clever Miss Buby Corrick, clarionet solos by Master Corriok, Highland dances and Boon dances.
