LOCAL PROPERTY SALES.
Mr John Thompson repoits having sold, on account of the Commercial Bank' of Aus tralia (Limited), the following properties in the town of Lawrence : — Sections 15 and 38, block xiii., 12 poles, with carpenter's workshop thereon, to Mrs Airey, for £75 ; also, part of section 9, block in., with cottage thereon, to Mr Walter Baker, for £65. Two sections (Nos. 4 and 16, block in.) in the township of Wetherstones were purchased by Mr W. Kemp for £2.
Mr Thompson also reports having sold privately, on account of Mr Thos. M'Laren, his freehold farm in block v., Tuapeka East, containing 217 acres, to Mr R. M'Caw, butcher, Waitahuta, for £700.
