Mr Talentine
congratulated, the Minister for Lands on the introduction of this measure, as it was well known that many settlers who had genuine claims were left out of the bill of 1889. He had himself also tried to get school commissioners' tenants included in that bill, but failed. The bill was practically a continuance of that bill with the addition of the agricultural leaseholder. He hoped the Minister would insert a clause in the bill to compel the school commissioners to deal with .their lands.
