CHAMPAGNE CUP.
Four a bottle of iced champagne into a jug ; add two slices of lemon peel, one thin strip of cucmber, a small bunch, of balm and another of borage, if obtainable. If not, put a few leaves of mint into the liquor. Add a teaspoonf ul of maraschino, and a bottle of soda water. Put a.small piece of ice in the mixture. N. B.— Two or three slices of orange may be substituted for the lemon.
