MELBOURNE MARKETS.
The Melbourne manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand (limited) reported as follows of the local grain market on .Wednesday last :— Wheat, 4s Id to 4s 3d, with slightly improved tendency. Malting barley is in fair demand at 4s 3d to 4s lOd. New Zealand oats—feeding sorts in good demand at 2s 9d to 3l; milling do are firm at 3b Id to 3a 3d. Now Zealand oats (uuder boud), 2s 6d lo 2s 9d. Market eleady.
