(Reuter's Special.) London, August 10th. New Zealand Securities are without quotable change.

Adelaide wheat (ex warehouse) has advanced to 50b per 4961 b; Adelaide flour (ex warehouse) has risen to 36s 63 per 2801 b ; New Zealand wheat (ex ship) is quoted at 49s 6d, an advance of Is.

August 12th. In the House of Commons last night the report on the amendments made by the House of Lords in the Irish Land Bill was again under consideration. " A long and animated debate took place on further of the amended clauses, several of which were rejected as altered, while the amendments to the others were agreed to. Some violent speeches were made in the course of the discussion by the Irish members, who accused the Government of acting with treachery, and of pandering to the wishes of the House of Lords. The debate lasted till 4 o'clock , this morning, when consideration of the amendments was finally concluded, .and the bill returned to the House of Lords.

The Irish Land Bill was again under consideration' in the House of Lords to-day, when the original amendments made in Committee were insisted on by large majorities. Earl Granville, in the course of the debate, solemnly protested against the action of the House. The Bill, as re-amended, was however agreed to, and its reconsideration . will be resumed in the House of Commons on Monday next. Meetings were held last night in this city and at various other places in England, at which speeches were made and resolutions were passed expressing approval of the policy of the Government in regard to the Irish Land Bill. Other meetings with a similar object in view are being organised ia various towns.
