Complete Moratorium on Many Maturities. United Press Assn.—By Telegraph— Copyright. (Received June 25, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, June 24. Dr Schacht, President of the Reichsbank, has declared a complete moratorium on all maturities arising from Germany’s medium and long-term foreign obligations for America and other countries with which Germany has no clearing, or transfer, agreement. The moratorium does not affect British creditors. It will become operative on July 1 for a year. This action is attributed to the deterioration in the exchange situation. BRISBANE WOOL SALES.
