RECORD FLIGHT.
Big French Flying-boat Covers 2812 Miles. (Received June 24. 1.30 p.m.' PARIS. June 23 The four-engined flying-boat, Croix du Sud. landed at Ziginshor in Senegal after a flight from Cherbourg covering 2812 miles. The flight, which is subject to official confirmation, gives Prance the world's distance records for land and sea planes. The Croix du Sud. which has crossed the Atlantic Ocean four times, descended 250 miles short of its objective, which was Konaleri. though the distance flown was sufficient to beat the Italian record of 2567 mites.
