On Friday evening, members of the Sumner-Redcliffa branch of the Returned Soldiers’ Association tendered a farewell social to Messrs Tom and Keith Wilson, two popular members of the branch who are leaving the district. In making the presentation of a pair of gauntlet gloves and a set of pipes, the president (Mr C. Dixey) referred to the good work and generosity of the departing members.
