Slack Time Experienced on Waterfront To-day. Lyttelton is experiencing a slack time to-day. The Gabriella arrived this morning and went under the Union Company’s coal grab, to discharge coal from Westport. The onlv other vessels in port to-day are Waipawa and the Rangatira. Five coastal vessels are due to-mor-row. The Cape York, from Los Angeles, is due on Thursday.

BREEZE is due to-morrow from the south to load for Wellington, Picton and TAUPATA, expected to-morrow from Tarakohe, will load for Nelson, Napier and Motueka. PARERA is due here to-morrow from the south to load for Wellington, New Plymouth and Waikato. KAIMAI should arrive here to-morrow from Timaru to load for Nelson and New Plymouth. WAIFIATA, from Auckland, is expected to-morrow to discharge Auckland cargo. The vessel should leave for Dunedin, Bluff and 'Timaru to-morrow evening. WAINUI is to call here on Thursday to load for Napier and Gisborne. CAPE YORK is now expected here on Thursday to discharge Pacific Coast cargo. KAPITI, from Wanganui to load for that port, is expected here on Thursday. WAIMARINO loads here on Friday for Wellington and Auckland. HOLMDALE. from Dunedin via Oamaru and Timaru, will load here on Friday for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui. NAVIGATION WABNING. The Director-General of the General Post Office (Mr G.
