West Coast Titles Decided. FINAL RESULTS. (Special to the “ Star.”) GREYMOUTH, February 18. The West Coast croquet tournament was continued to-day in excellent weather. Results:— Championship Doubles—Final: Mesdames Scandrett and Palmer beat Mesdames Hannon and Davies. 26-10. Handicap Doubles —Final: Mesdames Tennent and M'Kay beat Mesdames Hannan and Whibley, 26-21. Handicap Singles (over 6 bisques) Mrs Owen (8 bisques) beat Mrs M Corkindale <7| bisques), 26-19; Mrs Moss beat Mrs Owen, 26-15. This year’s winners were:—Championship singles, Mrs Palmer (Christchurch); runner-up, Mrs Whibley (Greymouth). Championship doubles, Mesdames Palmer and Scandrett (Christchurch) ; runners-up, Mesdames Hapnan and Davies (Greymouth). Handicap doubles, Mesdames Tennent and M Kay (Greymouth); runners-up, Mesdames Whibley and Hannan (Greymouth). Handicap singles (6 bisques and under), Mrs Robertson (Greymouth); runner-up, Mrs Whibley (Greymouth). Handicap singles (over 6 bisques), Mrs Moss (Greymouth); runner-up, Mrs Owen (Greymouth). Winners of the Silver Buttons competition were:—A section, Mrs M’Cracken (Runanga); B section, Mrs Prentice (Reefton); C section, Mrs Moss (Greymouth). Test in Australia.
