BODY IDENTIFIED.
Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., Thi<= Day. Fqllowing extensive inquiries, the police have established the identity of the body of a man who was found in the Manawatu River in January as that of Edward Heading, a labourer, who was employed at the State Forest camp at Karioi, near Taihape. *An inquest was held a few days after the discovery, but it will not be reopened, as there is no fresh evidence to show how the deceased came to be in the water.
