BODY IDENTIFIED.

Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., Thi<= Day. Fqllowing extensive inquiries, the police have established the identity of the body of a man who was found in the Manawatu River in January as that of Edward Heading, a labourer, who was employed at the State Forest camp at Karioi, near Taihape. *An inquest was held a few days after the discovery, but it will not be reopened, as there is no fresh evidence to show how the deceased came to be in the water. It is not known whether Heading had relatives in New Zealand.
