A motion of appreciation of the services of Mr T. Tilleyshort, who was for sixteen years secretary of the Addington Public Library and has now left the district, was passed at the annual meeting of subscribers last night. Several members paid tributes to his work, and it was stated that he had missed only one meeting in sixteen years. Mr Tilleyshort was elected an honorary life member of the library.
