TEMPLETON GOLF CLUB.
Although the official opening of the 1 935 season does not take place till March 9, the committee of the Templeton Country Golf Club has decided to proceed with matches each week-end in the meantime. Despite the drought, the fairways are in perfect condition and the greens have responded to generous watering during the summer. The first match for 1935, a stroke handicap round, open to men and women, will be played on February 17, commencing at 9 a.m., players to arrange their own opponents. Intending members are also invited to take part in these pre-season matches.
