New Form of Address in Nazi Germany. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 13. The Berlin correspondent of “ The Times ” states that General von Fritsch, Commander of the Reichswehr, has ordered his troops that, when greeted by Herr Hitler with the word “ Hail,” they must reply, “ Hail, my Leader.” Retusal to become an “ air raid warden ” for an apartment house or a block of flats is now regarded as treason, or at least as subversive sabotage. Residents of Konigsberg and Bremen have been sent to concentration carr~~ because they refused to act in 1 capacity.
