M Young Pilots’ Fund” to Be Established. United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 9. The Air League, in an effort to enable comparatively poor young men to learn to fly, is starting “ a young pilots’ fund,” to which candidates will be able to subscribe weekl}’. The league is doubling the amount collected, and will aim at assisting 800 to learn to fly yearly. Lord Londonderry has approved of the scheme.
