“ The White Collar Brigade.” At the breaking-up ceremony of the Pukekohe Technical High School the headmaster, Mr W. F. J. Munro, referred to a term used by a great number of people, ” the white collar brigade.” Mr Munro said that the expression was plainly discourteous, for a man was free to dress as he pleased. It also represented a shallow judgment. It mattered not how a man dressed; he should be judged by what he did.
