Per Press Association. WANGANUI, This Day. Described by the Magistrate (Mr Salmon) as a plausible scoundrel, a young man, Norman Pringle Davidson Whyte, on charges of the theft of moneys at Taumarunui, was sentenced to eighteen months’ reformative detention.
