News of Ulm Alive or Dead. ACTION BY AUSTRALIA. (Continued from Page 1) United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December S, 4 p.m.) HONOLULU, December 7. The British Consul (Mr Turner) has offered 5000 dollars for the rescue of any or all of the flyers alive; 1000 dollars for any or all dead; 1000 dollars for a clue indicating where they are lost. Army, navy and coastguard officers, with Mr Turner, will form a board to rule on the award. Plans for a special sampan search have been dropped. The reward is open to all. Funds have been provided by the Australian Government.
