Pitcairn Oranges .
Dear Sir,— Does New Zealand receive anv shipments of oranges from Pitcairn? I bought some Jamaican oranges this week and they were such scrubby tasteless things that it did not seem worth while sending them all this way. But we hear about the wonderful oranges the Pitcairn Islanders, who are very much nearer, sell to passing vessels, and I would be glad to know if any of these oranges find their way on to the New Zealand market.—l am. etc., FRUIT DIET.
