COMING-OF-AGE PARTY.
The Surf Club pavilion. South Brighton, was the scene recently of a party given by Mrs B. Blackmore, Brighton, to celebrate the coming-of-age of Mr Bert Blackmore. An enjoyable evening was spent in dancing, music being supplied by Messrs Garland, Parker and Blackmore. The guest of honour was presented with the customary gold key by Mr Fisher. Songs were contributed by Mrs Parker and Miss Phyllis Round; a_ mouth-organ solo was given by Mr H. Kerr; Mr Parker contributed a piano solo, and Mr Bert Blackmore gave a tap dance.
