The Duke of Gloucester, however, witnessed the games. New South Wales IS, defeated South Australia A 1. Queensland, 9. defeated New Zealand, 3. Johnson (New Zealand) strained a muscle, and did not continue. South Australia B 21, defeated Victoria B (rec. 9) 18.
