SHEEP “DIPPED.”

Airmen Drop Petrol Drenching Flock. LONDON, October 30. Returning to England after their second false start on a flight to Australia, Colonel Fitzmaurice and Mr E W. Bonar dumped 300 gallons of petrol near Lympne and drenched a flock of sheep. They had previously discharged 150 gallons into the English Channel to lighten the plane for landing. The airmen hope to make a third start in a few days.
