Amongst td-day’s arrivals were the intercolonial steamers Waitaki and Karetu. The Waitaki, in addition to bringing general Melbourne cargo and transhipments, brought a consignment of 3250 cases of oranges. Five coastal steamers also arrived this morning.

OPIHI is due to-morrow from Timaru to load for Nelson and New Plymouth. TOTARA sailed from Wellington last evening for Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton. She is due here on Saturday to load for New Plymouth. WAIKOUAITI, from Sydney via Hobart, is expected here on Tuesday. WAIRUNA, due here on Tuesday, will discharge Pacific Coast cargo. WINGATUI arrived this morning from Wellington to unload Auckland cargo. The vessel is expected to leave Lyttelton this evening and returns from the south on Tuesday next to load for Auckland.

TAUPATA arrived from Picton early this afternoon. She is to load for Nelson, Mapua and Motueka.

KARTIGI is engaged at Lyttelton to day loading for Auckland direct.

WAINUI is due to-morrow from the south to load for Napier and Gisborne. BREEZE, on loading here to-day, proceeds to Wellington, Picton, Wanganui and New Plymouth. FOXTON is due to-morrow to load for Foxton. STORM arrived to-day from Picton. On loading she proceeds to Dunedin. PARERA is at Timaru to-day and is due here to-morrow to load for Wellington. Wanganui, New Plymouth and Waikato. PORT WHANGAREI, which left Lyttelton last evening for the south, is expected back - on Saturday to load for Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland and Whangarei. AKAROA leaves London on November 28 for Auckland (January 2) and Wellington. BENHOLM leaves New York on December 15 for Auckland (due January 22), Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin anti, Australia. CITY OF" GLASGOW is to leave New York on November 22 for Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australian ports. CITY OF DELHI left New York on October 10 for Auckland (due November T2), Wellington, Lyttelton (November 20) Dunedin and Australia. CANADIAN VICTOR left Montreal on September 30 for L>unedin (November 26) and Lyttelton, via Australia. ERLANGEN, the German steamer, is reported to have left New Orleans on October 23 with a cargo of sulphur for Auckland and other New Zealand ports. She is due at Auckland about November 15.
