British Trade With Rumania. British Official Wireless. (Received November 7, 12.45 p.m.) RUGBY, November 6. In the House of Commons Mr s Walter Runciman said that representations had been made to the Rumanian Government regarding the delay in proi viding foreign exchange to meet comI mcrcial debts to British exporters and the restrictions placed on trade with Rumania. These matters were receiving the earnest consideration of the British Government.
