Kings of Jugoslavia and Bulgaria Meet. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SOFIA, October 1. It is announced that the meeting of the Kings of Jugoslavia and Bulgaria resulted in the decision to establish closer economic and cultural relations between the two countries, to improve railway and roadway communications and to simplify the passport system. As nothing was said about the Balkan Pact, it is assumed that King Alexander did not persuade King Boris of Bulgaria to join Jugoslavia, Rumania, Turkey and Greece in the pact.
