Police Prosecutions Heard.

Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., presided at a sitting' of the Traffic Court this morning. Fines were imposed as follows, with costs in each ease: Cycling at night without lights— Henry Aitken 15s, for not having a reflector 5s withoyt J6sts, and lor not having the rear mudguard painted white convicted and discharged; Lloyd Wilfred Clarke, 15s; Leonard Edgar Coold, 15s; Harry Harakei;, 15s; James Lee, 15s; William Tyson Stoddart, 15s. Dangerous speed—John Edmund Cavanagh, 20s, and for not having sufficient lights on a motor-car, 10s. Leaving horse and cart unattended— Fakir Chiba, 10s. Disposing of motor-car and failing to notify tlie registrar—Richard Victoi Cyril Genet, 6s. Failing to stop after an accident — Norman William John Henry, £2. and lor failing to report an accident, ordered to pay costs. Cycling on footpath—Benjamin James. 15s; Olive Lange, ss.
