FUNERAL.

The Late Mr T. Griffith.

The funeral of the late Mr Thomas Griffith, an ex-sergeant of police, left his residence at Packs Street, St Albans, this morning for St Mary’s Roman Catholic Churcn, Manchester Street, where Requiem Mass was celebrated by the Rev Father O’Connor. The pall-bearers were: Messrs W. Griffith, C. Griffith, J. Griffith, A. Griffith, R. Griffith (sons), and Mr T. Griffith (nephew). Other mourners included the widow and Mr J. Griffith, Among those present were: Police Superintendent D. J. Cummings, Messrs M. Stewart. M. Grimes, J. Cunningham, V. Perniski, C. Rundle, T. Tansey, T. J. Tansey, T. A. Stephens, John O’Connor, C. J. Wolsey and P. W. M’Glrnchy.
