SEAL STRANDED.
Washed Up on Waikuku Beach. A blue seal, fourteen feet in length, was discovered stranded on Waikuku beach this morning. It was about half a mile from the settlement and well up the beach. During the morning residents flocked down to see it. It appeared to be in good condition and when anyone went near it made a noise evidently intended to keep them at a distance. One resident said .to-dav that seals were occasional! v washed up at Waikuku, but one had not been seen for over twenty years.
