SALE OF LAKEY’S FARM.

Purchase by Brother of Constable. Her Press Association. AUCKLAND, July 18. The sale of the farm at Ruawaro owned by Samuel Pender Lakey, who was murdered there on October 15. was completed to-day on behalf of Lakey’s estate. The farm has been bought for £I7OO by Mr W. Jamieson, whose brother (Mr D. J. Jamieson)’ formerly a member of the Police Force, has already purchased the adjoining farm of William Alfred Bayly for the same price of £I7OO. Bayly’s farm is of 135 acres and Lakey’s is of 100 acres.
