Charge for Sunday Play.
Dear Sir, —I see by your paper to-night that Superintendent Cummings says there was no charge made tor admission to the football on Sunday at Monica Park. I dispute that statement as my boy, aged 13, a keen sport, went along and was informed at the gate that he could not go in unless he paid fid, and not having any money on him came home again, bitterly disappointed. We explained to him that wc understood there was to be no charge, and as the game was half over by that time it was no use going back.—l am, etc.. SPORT NO. 2.
