Travis Cup Match Played at Olympia.
Two women’s rinks inter-club championship matches were played jit the Olympia Indoor Bowling Rink yesterday afternoon. Sydenham played Beckenham. with a win for Beckenham by 40 points to 22. The games resultes as follows, Beckenham teams being given first in- each case:—Alesdames Legs. White, Simpson and Newbery (skip), 20; Alesdames Campbell. Harris, Swanson and Houghton (skip), 34. Alesdames Aladsen, Travis. Timber and M’Donald (Skip), 20; Alesdames Kemp, Armstrong. Britten and Wooloock (skip). 8. In a challenge for the Gold Roses. ATemmott beat Graham by 24 points to 16. For the C. AT. Brown Shield. Tramway defeated Railways by 20 to 10. Edge ware Club. Three rink championship, v. Linwood A, at 7 p.m. to-day at Olympia rink— Jackman, Kennedy, Price, Keen (s.); Legg, Burns. Af’Jennett, Efford (s.): Burgees, Richardson, Lorimer, Ives (s.).
