MANIFESTO ISSUED.
“ National Party Must Grdw.” United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received June 14, 11.25 am.) LONDON, June 13. Fifty Conservative members of the House of Commons, headed by Sir Austen Chamberlain, have issued a manifesto declaring that the existing co-operation between the parties of the National Government was so fruitful that it should be made the permanent ideal of British politics. “ The National Party, without party labels, must grow until co-operation between the representatives of the older parties becomes a habit which the electorate expects and desires,” the manifesto says.
