DIVIDEND POSTPONED.
In view of the difficulty in transferring funds from the Argentine to London, and the failure of a number of mortgagors to meet their obligations, the directors of the New Zealand and River Plate Land Mortgage Co., Ltd., have decided not to pay an interim dividend, but to postpone the question of distribution until the end of the year, as referred to by the chairman at the annual general meeting on January 16.
