GREYMOUTH, June 12.
At to-day’s sitting of the Supreme Court, before Mr Justice Johnston, Reginald Louis Machu, Who was charged that, while intoxicated in charge of a motor-car, he caused bodily injury to James Carruthers, was fined £25, and his driver’s license was sus pended for twelve months. lie was also ordered to take out a prohibition order for twelve months.
