Hurricane Death Roll in San Salvador. DISASTROUS STORM. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received June 12, 11.30 a.m.) SAN SALVADOR, June 11. . Relief workers to-day estimated that 2000 persons are dead in the vicinity of San Salvador alone following last week’s disastrous hurricane. It was reported earlier that widespread damage had been done by the hurricane. 500 PERSONS DROWNED. (Received June 12, 12.30 p.m.) BOSTON, June 11. The entire community of Ocotepheque (Honduras) have been destroyed and 500 persons have been drowned by a flood, stated a radiogram to the United Fruit headquarters today.
