The Hon Mark Fagan, M.L.C., who was for many years Arbitration Court advocate and secretary for the West Coast gold miners’ unions, has been appointed by the 'lnangahua Gold Miners’ Union to represent it at tomorrow’s Conciliation Council proceedings at Christchurch, when the Blackwater and Alexander gold mines dispute will be heard. Mr Fagan arrived in Christchurch from Wellington this morning.
