TRAM TRACKS SCOURED.
Tram tracks in the city that are not laid on a concrete foundation have been considerably scoured out by the heavy rain. A particularly bad stretch is to be seen in Worcester Street, opposite the Government Buildings. Extensive patching will be necessary there.
