A message from Salt Lake City states that after making tests and surveys Mr William Sturm, American representative of Sir Malcolm Campbell, announced to-night that the salt flats on the shore of the Great Salt Lake, 100 miles west of Salt Lake City, would meet the requirements for Sir Malcolm’s new attempt on the motor speed record this summer.
