German firms to open factories in Lancashire and Yorkshire to manufacture women's ready-made clothin?. provided, first, that 50 per cent of the materials are of German origin: secondly, that all financial transactions are supervised by a trustee representing the German Government; and thirdly, that the establishment of the factories in England does net entail dismissals in German factories. It is believed that the output of thv se factories is intended principally for Dominion markets.
