MINISTER FAREWELLED.

A social evening was tendered to the Rev T. M. Curow and Mrs Coniow. who will leave shortly for Lincoln, by the choir of Ft Faith’s Anglican Church. New Brighton, on Monday. On behalf of the choir. Mr C. Hockley made a presentation of a chess set and board to Mr Gumow. and Mrs IX Goldman presented Mrs Cur now with a crystal rosebovvl. Mr J. Curnow was presented with a cigarette case. On behalf of the choir boys. Masters R. Bisman and G. Fast presented Mr Curnow with a pocket wallet and Mrs Curnow with a crystal vase. Songs were given by Misses D. Cooper and G. Ward, Mrs D Gold man, the Rev T. M. Curnow and Mr J. Curnow, and quartettes were sung l>y Messrs < \ Hockley and S. Lluderhav and Miss Li. Cooper and Mrs D. Goldman. During their stay in the parish. Mr Curnow has conducted the choir, and Mrs Curnow has rendered valuable assistance by playing the organ.
