ST CUTHBERT’S GUILD.

The monthly meeting of the St Cuthbert’s Ladies’ Guild. Governor’s Bay, was held last week in the vicarage*. There was a good attendance of members. A competition paper was prepared. and members voted for which item they thought most suitable. The first choice was “article to b e made not to cost more than Is.” All articles will be left and sold on the stall later in the year. Miss Ferguson gave a most interesting address on “ Home Nursing.” and later a demonstration on bandaging. Mrs Rage proposed a hearty vote of thanks to Miss Fergu«on. which was carried by acclamation. Mrs Robert Allen and Miss Allen were hostesses for the afternoon.
