To mark the opening of the 10.11 (lance season Messrs Evans and CampFell held a successful old-time ball in the Caledonian Hall last evening. Over 600 daneers attended, and the EvansCamnhell "Rand nrovided a programme of old-time airs. The gallery was crowded with spectators. Messrs H. Hobbs ancl IT. Edwards were the M.C.s.
