MODEL YACHTING.
Th© Christchurch Model Yacht Club sailed the nineteenth club race of the season on Saturday at Victoria Lake. There was a boisterous wind from the north-west. Seven boats competed, under the supervision of Mr J. L. Ruxton. Following were the results:— First heat—B. George’s Blue Bird (3min 40see), 1; C. White’s Charlie (Irnin f.Osec), 2; W. S. Kingston's Sans A tout (1 min ), 3: W. Beauchamp’s Avenger (4min 50sec), 4. Time—2Bmin. Second heat—Blue Bird, 1; R. C. Mvtnro's Dolphin (ser). 2; Sans Atout, 3; Charlie, 4. Time—23 £ min. The race resulted—Blue Bird (16 points), 1; Charlie (7), 2; Sans Atout (16), 3. %
