NEW JUDGE.
Appointment of Mr A. Fair. Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 14. The appointment of Mi A. Fair, Solicitor-General, as a Judge of the Supreme Court, was officially announced to-day, following the meeting of the Executive Council. Mr Justice Fair was sworn-in this morning by the Chief Justice. He takes up his, duties in Wellington, but will probably go to Auckland later.
