Cash Race Conducted At Mairehau. A cash sweepstake road race was held this afternoon at Mairehau over an elev/n-mUe course. C. J. Arnst and H. Smither. scratch, conceded a limit of 2 ini in to W. J. Seelam and R. AVilder1110th. Wildernioth and A. C. Ritchie (13 ni in) Jed for practically the whole journey. Ritchie. however. dropped Wildernioth and finished first, crossing the line 20sec in front of C. J. Arnst. The race resulted: A. C. Ritchie <l2min), time SGmin 28sec 1 C. .T.
