PLOT IN RUMANIA.
Militarv Dictatorship Planned. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON. April 11. The Bucharest correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” reports that ten prominent officers are among those arrested in connection with the plot against King Carol The conspirators intended to blow tip the Cathedral, when the Royal Family were expected to be present. after which they would gain possession of the capital, and proclaim Colonel Precup military dictator with either Prince Nicholas or Prince Michael on the throne. Colonel Precup. who was a close friend of King Carol during his exile, is among the arrested. An order for the transference of grenades from a provincial garrison to Bucharest led to the discovery of the plot.
