The winner of this competition will receive a handsome prize in the shape of a brand new, latest model Austin 7 car. New Departments Opened. The competition is being held to coincide with the openipg of several new departments at Hay's together with a complete re-organisation of the existing departments. The new sections include a thoroughly up-to-date furnishing and furniture department which will embody a number of attractive features. The upstairs portion of Hay’s Store lias been brought into use and, by having adapted the long gallery into a series of rooms, a most attractive department has been brought into being. The furnishing department will embrace a comprehensive range ;.of furnishings and furniture of all kinds—Carpets, Floor Rugs. Curtainettes, Furniture, Suites, etc., all marked at Hay’s well-known low prices. Of interest to home.lovers will be the large number of designs and illustrations of the latest types of furniture which mav be inspected, and the fact that a furnishing expert, Mr. F. H. Clapshaw, will be available for free consultations. Yet another department,. the D.P.S., lias been added to Hay’s.
