POLICE RAID ON HOUSES.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, AprU 12. Four houses at Eastbourne suspected of sly-grog selling were raided by a party of police under Senior-Sergeant Roach last evening Two lorrv loads of liquor were seized and the occupiers of ■ the houses will subsequently be tnarged in the Magistrate’s Court with selling liquor without a license.
